By placing an order for products from the website, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this sales contract, and you accept and are bound by this policy. You affirm that if you place an order on behalf of an organization or company, you have the legal authority to bind any such organization or company to this policy.
You may not order or obtain products or services from this website if you (a) do not agree to this policy or any of our other terms on the website, (b) are not the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with seller, or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using this website or any of this website’s contents, goods or services by applicable law.
You may place an order on this website by selecting LifeStyles’ products, completing the payment and pressing the “Proceed with the order” button. Orders will be deemed to have been received by LifeStyles at the time of successful transmission of your order.
Products may only be delivered to you within Germany, Italy and France, excluding Overseas France located outside of Europe (“Collectivités d’Outre-Mer”). An offer from LifeStyles to cover the shipping cost of your order only applies to these territories. All products will be delivered to you at the address stated on your order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by LifeStyles, you cannot change the delivery address after confirmation of your order.
By making a purchase on LifeStyles’ website, you acknowledge and agree that LifeStyles may disclose some of your personal data to certain third-party vendors (such as logistics service providers) in compliance with our https://skyn.com/it-it/privacy-policy/ and solely for the purpose of fulfilling your purchases (including the delivery). Subject to Section (C) of this policy, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
In addition, LifeStyles uses its best efforts to maintain the privacy of your purchases by dispatching your orders in plain unmarked mailing packaging and the products inside will not be externally identifiable.
LifeStyles expects your orders to be shipped from its provider’s warehouse within 1 business day from the date of purchase. All orders are provided via standard shipments. All postage fees are specified on the order page. The delivery date will be indicated in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, carrier delays can occur without warning. No purchase will be refunded for a delivery completed within the 30 days from the order’s date.
Property and risk in the products pass to you upon receipt of the products.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to use your right of withdrawal by sending a express request at [email protected]. The right of revocation does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. If the receipt falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the withdrawal period starts on the next business day. You may use this right without penalty and without reason. However, you acknowledge and agree that the cost of returning the order to LifeStyles is borne solely by you. In the event that the product was used or misused by you before the return, you may be required to make a monetary compensation to LifeStyles. LifeStyles shall refund the initial shipping cost to your address and the product’s costs within 14 days from the day you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Save and except for the terms of these Sections (C) and (D), LifeStyles does not offer any refunds. However, in the event that the product is either damaged, faulty or incorrect, you may address a request for a replaced product to LifeStyles at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product. LifeStyles will evaluate the eligibility of the replacement, based on the details and the photos you provide. When LifeStyles requires you to either return or dispose the product on a case-by-case basis, you must comply with this requirement. LifeStyles excludes all liability from the use and disposal of a damaged, faulty or incorrect product. You acknowledge and agree that (i) LifeStyles may issue a replacement of the product in its sole discretion, (ii) the replacement of a product is the only liability LifeStyles has in respect of that product. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this clause does not apply to any damage caused to the product during the transit between LifeStyles’ warehouse to your delivery address.
